About Angelo
With over 30 years of experience across the construction industry, Angelo Greco brings extensive knowledge and practical expertise to every project. His career has included working overseas and with Tier 1 engineering firms in Melbourne, before establishing AGC Design Drafting in the Mansfield and Alexandra region.

Angelo is supported by a talented team, including Emily Mercer, who brings valuable experience in interior design and residential construction, and Catherine, his partner and a landscape architect, who contributes her expertise in landscape design, planning, and project development across a diverse range of projects.

Together, the AGC Design Drafting team provides a collaborative approach to design, combining construction knowledge, architectural drafting, interior design and landscape planning to deliver thoughtful, practical, and well-resolved projects.

The short answer is no. Most projects start exactly where you are.
After you contact AGC Design Drafting, Angelo gets back to you for a conversation about what you are picturing. From there, he arranges a site visit to see the property in person. You then receive a fee proposal that sets out exactly what is included and what it costs, before any design work begins. Nothing starts without your sign-off on the fee proposal first.
It is a common question and the answer matters for your budget.
A draftsperson prepares technical building drawings and documentation for construction and council approval. An architect holds architectural registration and typically takes a more detailed design brief. Drafting is generally more practical and more affordable, and is appropriate for most house extensions, renovations, and custom new builds in Victoria.
